December 23: more tile, radiant turned on, finish plumbing and electrical, front sidewalk and rear deck

December 16: more tile, appliances and countertops

November 27: Finish stucco and mount cabinets

November 15: Stucco, cabinets, tile, and radiant flooring

November 4: Interior paint and tiling; electrical trim out and preparation for radiant floors

October 28: Interior paint and tile work begins

October 6: Stucco scratch coat, garage door, last windows, showers sealed

September 10: Prepping for stucco

July 22: Sheetrock started

June 30: Windows installed

June 16: Windows arrive

June 5:  Second layer of roofing

May 27: Rough plumbing and electrical work

April 15:  Concrete is poured on first level and rear deck is framed in.

March 22:  Rough plumbing for drainage is completed.

March 12:  First layer of roofing is installed.
